Bildy as a Artlist alternative
Artlist sells stock footage, music and AI generation on one subscription. Bildy sells the generation part and nothing else, which makes the per-generation price easier to compare.

Bildy prices are Pro billed yearly. We read the Artlist prices on 17 September 2026 from artlist.io/page/pricing, on their AI Starter, billed annually, and we convert dollars at one euro to 1.08 dollars. Every row here is a figure Artlist publishes. They sell credits in tiers, so their larger plans cost less per credit than the one quoted, and they can change a price at any time. Check their pricing page for the actual current figures. If a figure here is wrong, please write to [email protected] and we will correct it.
On their entry plan Bildy is cheaper on five of the six models we both run
Artlist AI Starter is $11.99 a month billed annually for 16,500 credits, which is about the same per credit as Bildy Basic. On Bildy Pro billed yearly a credit costs less, so Veo 3.1 Fast, Kling v3, MiniMax H3 and Nano Banana Pro all come out cheaper here. Veo 3.1 goes to Artlist by about a percent. Their larger plans cost less per credit than that, so the answer flips on several rows if you buy their Creator tier.
Artlist bundles a stock library, and Bildy does not
If you need music and footage under one licence, Artlist has them and Bildy does not. The AI credits are part of a bigger subscription, so you are paying for the library whether you open it or not.
Check which quality setting a model runs on before you compare a price
Artlist charges 40 credits for a GPT Image 2 picture, about $0.021. OpenAI bills that model by output tokens, so the quality setting moves the price about 35 times over: roughly $0.006 at low, $0.053 at medium and $0.211 at high. Artlist does not say which one they run, and $0.021 is between their low and their medium. Bildy has both, at 78 credits for the medium one and 20 for the draft.
